If you just want the answer, there are achievement guides posted in this forum here: https://steamcommunity.com/app/362680/guides/.

If you want to be gradually led to the answer, here are some hints to help you unlock this achievement

Do you know who the sisters are? They're Clara and Mia, the twins.

Do you know in which Chapter of the game Fran first meets them? That's where you need to be to find the doll.

You find the doll in Chapter 2, Part II (The Twin's House).

But the doll can't be found until late in that Chapter, after the major puzzle in this Chapter is solved.

The one where the items are gathered up and the spell on the Twins is cast.

Once the spell is cast on the Twins, you'll find the doll if you look in the right place.

You may have been to the place where you'll find the doll now, but something else was there before.

Do you remember seeing something earlier in this Chapter that reminded you of the Twins?

If you're not sure, if you WERE there, you might remember something annoying when you were there.

You might have heard a couple of babies crying if you were there earlier in the Chapter.

You had to climb a ladder to get there . . .

And you had to turn on a light too . . .

And unlock a cage . . .

Now you're in the right room (where you unlocked the cage and released Mr. Midnight)

Where might you find a doll in this room?

Have you looked in the baby carriage lately?

I cannot replicate your inability to find the doll by following the instructions I gave above. If you send me your save game file, I'll take a look and see if I get the same results you do.

The file is called "savedata.ini" and is located here (on Windows computers):

c:\users\<Your Windows Login Name>\Appdata\Roaming\Fran_Bow\savedata.ini.

If you wish me to look at your "savedata.ini" file, please upload it to the cloud and reply to this message with the link to the file. I'll take a look and reply back with anything I find.
