The current build of the Fran Bow game does NOT natively support ANY controller. In the meantime, there are software workarounds that will likely allow your controller to work with the game, if you care to try them. Here's a prior post which is perhaps the most comprehensive on the topic.

Thanks for posting again. Your English is very good, and your first post never did say that you were using a controller. I made a mistake thinking that you were, and sorry for that misunderstanding on my part.
As you now have discovered, pressing the "A" or "B" keys on your keyboard when you are in dialog does not work. You must click the primary mouse button (usually the left mouse button) with the mouse cursor anywhere on the dialog option you want to select.
