Hello Koval,
The Fran Bow game is currently being ported to a new game engine (Unity 3d). When that is done, it will be 64-bit only on MacOS. We don't yet have an expected release date for the port to be completed.
Here is a Steam page which discusses the options Mac Gamers have to continue running 32-bit applications on their MacOS computers if they upgrade to Catalina: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=1055-ISJM-8568.
While you're waiting for the new build of Fran Bow, the Steam article above gives you two still possible options in your case for continuing to run the current MacOS build of the Fran Bow game on your Mac computer which you've already upgraded to 64-bit only MacOS. More information about what to do can be found in the last section of the link above, under the title "What are my options to make sure I can continue to play my 32-bit Mac apps."
Hello gettodachopanow,

The new version of the Fran Bow game is now available. Current owners of the game need only "Update" their build of the game to play the Unity version of the game.

[Updated December 9, 2022]
The revised version of the Fran Bow game will not be available in 2022 as hoped.
There is a news item in the Fran Bow forum here which gives more information about the Killmonday Games' plan for the Fran Bow game.

The Fran Bow port to the new game engine IS actively being worked on. The current plan is for the new version of the game to be published on Steam sometime this year (2022), although this is not guaranteed. The improvements to the game include:
Hello them4pples,
This version of the Fran Bow game will use all of the original artwork, which was drawn at a native resolution of 854 x 480 pixels. All resolutions above that are digitally resized, so the same number of pixels expanded to the higher resolutions. Except for the new DLC, no new art is being drawn for the game.
No final decisions have been made yet about which resolutions will be shown on the "Main Menu/Options/Graphic Settings" of the game.
i was wondering if there was any possible way i could play this game on my mac? or if there was a 64-bit version of this game?

The port of the Fran Bow game is still being actively worked on. Great progress is being made, but we're not ready to announce anything yet.
We will let everyone know when we have definite plans, and a date for the release.
Hello tuuli,
You asked if there is any possible way, so . . .
You may be able to run the Fran Bow game on your MacOS (Ventura) computer by following this guidance on Steam: https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/5E0D-522A-4E62-B6EF
The guidance in that article has not been tested with Fran Bow as far as I know, so you'll have to assess whether it's something you want to attempt.
As for whether a MacOS 64-bit version of the Fran Bow game is available, the answer is: "Not yet, but it's being worked on." There are prior threads on the topic, and I'm moving yours into the most recently updated one now. But that answer is also here:
