Is there any fix for this game's massive issues?

I get 1500 fps, the game moves at like 10x slower than normal speed, and the timer ticks down in real time so I get game over before I even get past the first little stretch of the game...

the new update fixed the game on my side :) No lagging slowness anymore.

My game still runs at 2000 fps and goes in slow motion, with the timer ticking down in real time. Same as my friend's that I asked. I'm not sure which computer settings you'd need me to send. Surely this is reproducable on a number of PCs? This is a known issue for achievement hunters, only a few are able to do the game without this bug :p
