Vroid VRMs only?

My Blender|Unity VRMs aren't working. The models that i upload to VRchat don't upload to this software.
Is there something I'm missing? or is it only Vroid VRMs for now?

vrm0 and vrm1 are supported. You can use MateSDK to validate your models.

Now I can get my vrm in installed on my laptop please and thank you I would love to be able to start using these things on my laptop it would be awesome like I'm new at this and I need help if anyone is able and willing to help me that would be great
