Arena: Error retrieving local characters

Description of bug: When dismissing and then immediately hiring another Physician, an error message is displayed which will not go away. Clicking "Ok" or pressing Esc key does nothing, had to force close the game to get the error message to go away since it was impossible to use the menu to exit the game. In the management screen in the provided screenshot, Honvend was the previous physician; Nupizia is the new physician. After exiting and re-entering the game, everything appears to be in working order.

Steps to reproduce: Go to "Manage" screen, find physician, "Dismiss", exit screen, go to "Hire" screen, hire a new physician
