And ?
And why would they care what you have to say.
Why toss aside Exanima/Sui Generis when you can "remaster" it a dozen times like Bethesda did with Skyrim's many versions? Bare Mettle could even introduce paid mods in the Steam workshop or sell transmogs for in-game armor. Abandoning a game is an inefficient way of burning reputation for cash and is only done when there are no other options, Madoc could just sell the company right now if he's desperate and the new owners would definitely drain every last bit of blood from the IP before abandoning it.
You've gone off track making it about a group of people and then the future of the game.
They have no reason to care about his opinion once they got his money 8 years ago. Once the game is released most people who havent moved on or forgotten about it will come back anyway. They will then move on to their next game and new customers they'll look to acquire.
Do you think people are going to boycott the game or ask for mass refunds because a guy with the profile name of Stalins Biggest Fan is annoyed its taking too long to come out hahahaha.
Everybody in the video game industry wants to make the next Apex Legends or Skyrim but you need massive amounts of advertising for that, Stalin's Biggest Fan's opinion matters only because they speak out so that is why they must either be reeducated with pro-developer propaganda or sent to Gulag. If even one person reads a negative review and decides to hold off on spending from their Steam wallets that is a loss of profit and stingy people like me always look through complaints before a purchase.
Yes, Maddoc has been pretty clear on microtransactions or even dlcs. That's not happening, and if he changes his mind and decides that it is, that's not gonna go well. I don't know what NonverbalShoe is trying to do with his slander.
Perhaps I am reading too much into the forum posts by trolls after seeing the typical early access complaints(I played since level 4 was end game), but the boiled frogs plan has far greater potential for profit than simply abandoning the game as many have claimed Madoc would over the years and it would have clear signs if it was true that the devs were in it purely for the money. We haven't seen NFT integration for Exanima as of today or any form of DLC so until they do that naysayers are stuck theorizing about some potential betrayal of trust happening in the future, but Exanima is a video game and not a cryptocurrency so they can't drum up fear so easily.
Man, your deception was so good I fell for it, even though I thought myself pretty good with irony. Well done sir, well done. Under this new light I do agree with you. Would you like me to modify my previous comment ? Don't want to throw no shade.
