Anyway to let the AI take over fighting?

Just wondering in arena mode. I remember a faint distance of this being a feature, but it could also very well be another game back in the day.
Was wondering if I could make my own recruits have AI in them if that was a feature or not I know about hire's

Well, I remember that Madoc said on discord that they plan to introduce an optional autopilot-mode for combat for people that can't, or simply don't want to, learn the combat.

You don't need to fight if don't want to. Just hire someone right away and watch it lose over and over.

Very few good NPCs can hold by themselves in arena. Most of them will just be too defensive, you should keep the aggressive ones.

I had a female NPC that could clean a room in a few seconds by herself. Until she died and I stopped playing the game 😢

Yeah, I noticed the aggression in some and not in others aswell.
I only asked this question because I was getting extremely tired of doing some of the same arena matches over and over again but it is what it is. Thanks for the tips! I might try and do a "hire only" run. Wonder how that might go but the real winner will be when the arena gets overhauled imo lmfao

The best way to experience arena, in my opinion, is to have a few leaders (created by you) and a few hired NPCs. Then you just need to babysit them in the matches until you can find some good NPCs.

Only go full "hire only matches"after you have gathered a strong group. Or you will just keep losing money and progress.
And never risk your main character, just keep him/her doing boxing matches forever.
