Unfortunately, trying to add any level of internet multiplayer outside character-only arena battles would be very difficult with all the physics enabled - this is my assumption; without knowing how their engine works I could be wrong, but I know global multiplayer + physics can be a nightmare.
Yeah I heard that. It has to be linked to the same device/network session running the game. Theoretically you could use Steam Remote Play to play over the internet.
Not that I have friends to play this with, but it would be fun watching content creators accidentally killing each other.
Well, yes and no. Yes because we know when the devs will work on it, and no because it is not now. After full release.
