Yellow is your health bar
Red is permenant damage sustained such as a blade striking you at a unarmored part of your body.
In arena once you sustain red damage it will decrease after a match for example
I play a match with red damage but I win the match without getting anymore red damage then it will get a little less or you can play with a hireling instead of the damaged character and it will regain health that way too.
Once you get expert/master and you will have armor on all places of your body red damage will be a thing of the past. you won't see it all, maybe sometimes but I don't see it anymore.
I understand the concept, it's just I don't know how to interpret what I'm seeing.
So let's say the bar is 90% yellow and 10% red over on the side. Does that mean I lost 10% of my stamina? Or do I only have 10% of my health left? What does it look like if I'm at 80% stamina and 50% health?
When you lose red health, the stamina bar shrinks. When red reaches zero, you die.
When stamina hits zero, you get knocked out and lose some health before waking up again
