Possible Proformance Option?

Is there a possiblity to remove shadows? When ever i get close to lights or enter a room with light i often get a "slow-motion" effect that looks like it's trying to compensate for lag. Shadows maybe.....

That slow motion bug is an issue alot of people have been experiencing, I myself did get it. Don't know if you are right about that thing compensating for lag but apperently it will be fixed in the next patch. I don't know how good your rig is but mine is total, absolute ♥♥♥♥. If you have a somewhat good pc than you shouldn't have problems.

By total, absolute ♥♥♥♥ I mean a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ laptop with an NVIDIA geforce 310M and a intel core i3 m350 2.27GHz. Yes, I will soon buy a good pc once I get the money, don't worry about me.

By a real desktop computer too instead of laptop to squeeze everything out of it :)

90fps in most areas, except the outdoor places, where it bounces from 35 to 50.

But yeah, ability to disable "pretty" features for more fps would be nice.

I'm having this problem too, but the framerate dont drop while in slow motion. It's a pain when this happens, hope they fix it soon.
