online multiplayer question
Not sure if it is just me, but im not seeing any online games :0

I did notice though when I search for games, the bottom right shows "LAN". Which has me wondering if it is looking for local games and not worldwide(?). Is there a way to change this or is it actually looking for online games?

I know that when i host a game there are options to choose, internet and local. I choose internet all the time, so I assume there is a way to find games (worldwide)?

The game will search for both. First it will search for lan games, then move to internet if none are found.

You can also join games using the steam invite overlay (shift + tab) if playing with friends.

I would suggest playing with friends rather than relying on someone to jump onto an internet game as the game has only just come out, it may take some time for people to try online play.

It's a lobby system as well, once the game begins players can no longer join - so they only show up in the server browser while waiting for other players.

oh...this is good to know. I was under the impression that it was a drop-in-and-out system.

Also I didn't know that one can add AI to their game, makes it much more fun, kinda not so lonely as much xD

Another question, so how do I know if someone joined my lobby? Will the player name show up somwhere on the screen? I'm always wondering if I am accidentally kicking someone out by accident when I'm adding bots to the game :0

You can assign any connected players a slot, they will show up in the combo box that allows you to select your input device/AI/remote players.
They also can assign themselves to slots that are assigned to AI or empty.
You will get a message to warn you if you try to start a game with a player that has not been given a slot.
