Problems with using Boulder Ramp and other "Destroy room to do damage" things.

how do i activate them?. i tried to activate boulder ramp for the +5 bonus but i couldn't figure out how to destroy another room to power it. the ability tab did not light up when i selected the card.

are they impossible to activate once heros are already in the dungeon and or have taken damage from stuff already?.

is anybody else having difficultys with this?.

You have to wait until the hero is in the boulder room itself and has already taken damage, then click the room. The ability area should be green once you zoom in on the card, then you click in the green box. Then it will prompt you to select a room, and after the room is discarded it will apply the 5 damage
