how/does save/load works?
I saved game via game menu - Save game during visit of first realm (the nonc astl zone behind portal)

but I could not find any load in game..

So I quit by alt+f4

Came back, continue save slot and I am back in castle prior I entered the realma nd did dozen combat there..???

EDIT: ok by inventory it seems my progress is not lost compeltely - I ahve the cores and items I got.. possibly everything else like XP too.. just back in the castle instead where I was

Correct, you always return back to the castle when loading your save file. You don't lose your Realm progress, but because everything is randomly-generated you'll just have to enter a new Realm of the same level as the one you were in.

I do not udnerstand the realm levels though - let say I restart the game and it say the realm is back at level 1 - but all enemies etc seems be scaled to my monsters levels, so what exactly this realm level means?
The entire game scales. It is said that Realms 1 and 2 are below your level, but Realm 3 is roughly equal to you and everything after that is above you.

While this initially seems that you never really make any progress, it's not entirely true. Let's say you're level 1 and in Realm 400 or whatever all enemies are 500 levels above you. So you're level 1 and enemies are level 501. If you're level 5000, enemies would be level 5500, which isn't that big of a difference at that point.

There's also battle synergies. At one point, you'll hardly be doing anything in battles due to your creatures' abilities instantly killing the enemy parties.

whats I found in higher realm levels is that enemy monsters use their abilities... but never mine.. Eventually they also seems be much stat stronger - like they are taking just half damage than I do... I am not so far, just 5 monster slots and unlocked enchanting now so i maxed one artifact.. but I have ahrd times to progress now actually.
