I just wonder how valve think about devs making entire store pages that turns out to be aprils fool/fake.

They properly still want their storepage to be somewhat professional and not just a massive joke on april 1st where people got no idea if games are real or not.

I mean I could see it if they asked valve for special permission to do it and valve somehow said yes, but I honestly don't see Valve doing that as they as you said try to keep the storefront somewhat profressional. The timing of this showing up though is prob done on purpose to generate buzz about if its a early april fools joke or if it might actually be real. Even a youtuber I watch who doesn't really cover games like this made a story on it, its how I found out about this actually.
