go into the %programdata% folder and delete everything. the problem is the cached stuff inside the folder gets corrupted and unistalling the game will not delete all content.

Windows: %PROGRAMDATA%\PopCap Games\ZumasRevenge\users
Steam %PROGRAMDATA%\Steam\ZumasRevenge\users
