HiRes and 3D acceleration not supported on my machine

I have tried many ways but none have worked, and i have tried to change compat.cfg, enter regedit change hi-res 0 to 1 but is still not worked. Anyone can help me?

nope no solve this far...
It's a old game i can undertsand why its not supported for modern pc

If you have a laptop, try to disable integrated GPU from device manager works for me. But no luck for HiRes, it just enable 3d acceleration.
