multiplayer in lakeview cabin collection

(sorry if my spelling is off, im not amazing at spelling)

Lakeview cabin collection is an amazing game, and as it is right now problably on of my favorite horror games on steam. however one thing ive been thinking about scence the start of the first part in this collection is, why is there no coop here. all four of the parts, or episodes, in this game have a total of four playable characters (five if you include lakeview cabin six's extra character). and when playing these four characters ive always had to take three of the characters and hide them somwhere safe while i work with one of them, and there are obvious parts of the game where you have to use two or more characters to accomplish a goal.
what ive been getting to:
why isnt there at least two player coop in this game. having this would allow easier use of the four characters and would overall be a good adition to the game. four player coop would be cool, however, i could see that being to hectic. so i think that at least two player coop should added to the game. that would leave (if you decide to play coop) two characters to each person playing.
this game is already amazing however it would be so much better with coop. the game just looks like it was built for coop (having four players in the levels) and it almost seems that switching between the four characters was simply a way of adding singal player and getting around a lack of multiplayer. I dont think the developer was being lazy by not adding multiplayer, he obviousy put a lot into this game. however i dont see how he could have not thought to add multiplayer or coop. now that all the episodes have been released, it would be a prime time to add muliplayer. not only would this make the game better, but it would even give it more momentum, encouraging more people to continue buying the game.
what do you guys think ?

The dev has confirmed there will not be multiplayer, level editors, or anything else added to the game.

I think multiplayer would be great and it's sad that it won't be in this game's future.

thus the developer started the LvC collection with zero programming and game-development skills maybe you fans can also try to make this multiplayer/level editor etc. ...

I also agree and think there should be multiplayer, im not good with solo horror games(in the way that I am too scared too be playing a horror game by myself), but I would love being able to plan out a way to kill the bad guys or escape the level with some friends. Like I said before, I am not that good with solo horror games, but a multiplayer addition to this game would make me want to play this game a lot. Even though there could be havoc that goes on with a 4 player coop, I would enjoy that because I feel like 4 player coop would make this game feel realer too!

Holy crap bro same, Whenever I play the 3rd I just exit after the dad comes in cuz im scared. I was also stupid. One time i left after killing the son and dad. Wow im dumb
