Bugged "Beat Lakeview Cabin VI" achievement

I've been trying to get all the achievements, and I can't seem to get the standard achievement for beating Lakeview Cabin VI. I've gotten "Movie Buff" and "We get it, you're good!", but this one achievement won't pop up. Any fixes?

Very sorry this is happening and I'm even more sorry it has taken this long for me to address it.
This is a problem that has persisted for quite a while, I've tried some fixes and it still seems to rear it's ugly head. My main problem is that some people are still able to unlock the achievement! So it is very hard for me to reproduce.

I'm currently knee-deep with Lakeview Valley and I feel really ashamed that I can't right now allocate more time for this problem. I'm doing everything solo in my games, so my time is very limited until late October. I'll open up the project when things calm down, and try to rework the achievement for VI.

And just to clarify; I feel like a huge ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ because of this. I understand how frustrating this is, especially if this is the last achievement you need. I'd me damn miffed if I was in your boots in this situation. But all I can say right now is that; I'M SORRY! I'm trying my best! It will just take more time... On top of all this time you've already been waiting... I understand if you have a voodoo doll with my face on it that you want to stab. Please feel free to microwave it.

This post shows you really care about your players (unlike some other devs with broken achievements and games who never respond to problems), so personally I don't mind waiting some months for you to fix this, as long as you do fix it eventually. Wish you the best with the new game.

If you can't fix it or don't have the time to do it, please remove the achievement at least.

I think the achievements are swapped - or were for me, at least. I beat it for the first time with only three of the five crewmembers alive and got the "We get it, you're good!" achievement. Then I did a perfect run and a run with no people saved right after and got "Beat Lakeview Cabin VI" when I closed the game.

Hey, is there a fix to this? Completed the 6th movie like three more times, one with everyone saved, and still didn't get it

It popped for me by killing the alien queen and evacuating all four starting player characters, but deliberately not completing any of the optional objectives for the good ending.
