m8 this was last year. and if i want to watch em i dont want to keep em forever especially as they aids my library

Same problem, except there's no remove option

i find the solution its work for me fine

Select "Help"

Select "Steam Support"

Select "Games, Software, etc."

Select that game

Select "I want to permanently remove this game from my account"

Select "Ok, remove the listed games from my account permanently"

And it's done! You've removed Aliens: Colonial Marines that game from your Steam library.

I'm 2 years late but I can't remove it from my library lol I go to steam support website and search the name but nothing comes up, any idea how to remove it?
