Mission 7 Bugged

I've been trying for about half an hour to get the Otana to pick up the cargo of Warheads, but each time is says "Docked with craft", yet the Warheads remain in the hangar and it won't tick off that I've completed the objective. Any help?

I found that most of the time, the warheads were destroyed when I was carrying them. Just because you picked them up doesn't mean that you completed the objective. They have to survive to the end of the mission for that.

I recommend, you eliminate enemy fighters for the first two minutes until you're told to go, then grab the warheads, and protect yourself after that.

I just beat this mission. Just pick up the container and STOP in the hold. Wait for Otana to pick up and be free then order her home (Shift+H). Drop all shield and engine power AND RUN back home. Should be easy. The station will almost be destroyed while you wait but stay there to avoid the Bombers and Fighters.

I appreciate the help, but my problem is the Otana isn't even picking them up even after I've fought off all the TIEs.

Use SHIFT-P to pick up the cargo container, SHIFT-D would not work for me either.

Shift D is for docking/capture actions, it will not pick up objects at all. Per the first mission, shift P is to pick up cargo, shift D initiates docking sequence to either park/board, or drop off carried cargo.
