At least it stays in the glass after I drop it on the floor.. I feel as clumsy as in Surgeon Simulator lol.
I tried to go and look for those flowers too, but I found nothing at all!
Unfortunately it stopped being fun an hour ago. Feels sluggish too, which makes it even more frustrating.
EDIT: Sorry for the rant, I was just a bit frustrated..
Well, thank you very much for the info. Even if this makes absolutely no sense by in game logic.
This game really needs a tutorial for it's min games
You must see the "interaction" icon in the furnace, otherwise it's the wrong piece.
While trying to figure out what I was doing wrong I was attacked by one of the atm unexplained black smoke things which let to me dropping the scanner and being pushed back a few meters. So I lost the grey scanner in the opaque, ugly grey weeds. Another reload, because there was no point searching for it. The smoke clouds don't even seem to harm me, my screen just turns bla for a few seconds and then they're gone. They are just annoying, especially when they come from behind.
Why can I drop game relevant items where I cannot retrieve them?! Why can I drop them at all?! Who tested this game?!
It's not bad per se, I like the art style, the setting is intriguing, when I actually understand what the game wants me to do some of the puzzles are done quite cleverly, but so many little things just don't seem well thought through. Not just buggy, but not well done from the very concept stage.
Great, thanks! Finding that wok plate helped. I thought it was that tea pot thing first.
I get that there is a HQ scanner. I also found a promising magnifying glass with two digits on it, but also a note nearby implying it's broke. I tried combining it with some parts from the neurocopier machine at the center table, but that won't work.
After you've scanned the flower to decide the one you want, just stow the scanner in your inventory and when you mouse over the flower it'll be interactive and you just left click and pick it up like any other object.
Ok.. thanks, just one quick question: How do you scan a flower? :P That magnifier glass with the digit readout doesn't work. So ok I guess I'm supposed to fix it somehow. If that's the HQ scanner thing at all, maybe it's something else for all I know.
Yeah I suck at this game. 2 hours (feels like more but that's what the Steam timer says atm) and not being able to make Ongulf's soup (or whatever the name was again).. I've read most of the snippets lying around the tent, at least I think I have.
Story seems very cool though!
As I said, the game's not really *bad*, but some stuff is just... ugh
This took me a second play-through to figure this out!
