Stuck on a couple of things

So, Im trying to get the music on my phone for the last boy, but my phone is dead and I can't charge it. I seen a lot of people say " Go to the mall." But I don't know how to get there.

There's two methods to get the ghost boy to disappear,
Music from your Phone
You download the song from the computer in the Study by using the casette on the Search function.

Music from the MP3 Player located in the house somewhere,
you'll need a screwdriver for the batteries from the robot in the Guest room, as well as the casette

Or restart the game, it's very quick to get back to the point you're at, especially if you just did it, I know I'm two months off but it's easy to restart. This time don't use your phone as much, it doesn't do a lot.
The only place you can charge it afaik is in the Mall near the Phonebooths

How do I use the PC? I turned the water on in the bathroom but nothing happened. For the mall you need to go right in the woods and give the head to the beast.
