How do I kill the knife guys

Those ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ with motorcycle helmets and 2 knives they keep beating my ass in arena mode so I can't unloc any new drug type

These enemies charge at you and then stop to rest. Use that window to attack. To dodge them, use evasion or stay at a safe distance (across the screen). Then, wait for your chance to get in and smack them.

Remember, you can deal damage to them as long as you don't try to attack them while they're charging. Timing is important!

Or just slide them.

Also do you only get drugs at wave 10 once and then you have to get to wave 20 because i just got to wave 10 twice and only got one new drug

When you reach at least wave 10 in a level, you will unlock one specific drug. To unlock all drugs, you'll have to reach wave 10 in all levels.
