It's the most weakest drug in the game. Give it 3 slots and faster fill rate but almost no health for healing by using it. Even then it'll still be weak but at least fun to use.

Yeah, it's quite bad as it is, having less charges but more options makes it a bad choice. Also I would like some sort of distinction between enemies and allies.
