Same problem here. I tweeted the dev and they said they will look into it. The OST is already available on Fixions Bandcamp so it has to be on their end.

Check your local files. I have the OST as FLAC and MP3 and the documentary is there as mp4 file. If you dont see it, perhaps you can re-download the game with the OST and Doc attached.
