wagons & silos
when my wagons fill up the silo 100% and i set all of them to sell, they start selling the oil in the silo and about half way, they stop and just start selling from the rig - the wagons don't even sell 100% of oil, some have 10% and continues to sell. this is annoying & fustrating because when the oil is at a high price, it doesn't sell all of my oil in the silo, it sells half way and then some of the horses don't even have anything and continues to sell nothing. pls fix

This happens to me too, but I've observed that they only go to the rigs when they are about to spill, which makes sense. It would be nice however if only a certain amount of horses went to the rigs in question, not all of them

allocated wagons should sell from the silos first. any unallocated will go from rig to silo.

We tweaked the wagon AI a bit but it didn't have the desired effect.
We did mean to have wagons picking up oil from Rigs with more priority to avoid Spillage. This was an issue in previous builds. We also take into account distance.

It's a balancing act that we will smooth out in the coming weeks.

A possible solution might be to let us set a number of wagons to a silo similar to how we select how many sell to left or right that way we can guarantee some of them are selling from the silos. Not sure if you'll see this, but just a thought.

We see it! But want to try and get it right with the current set up.
Your suggestion would add a lot of micromanagement and has UI implications as well, so it's something we would rather not do.

It's not always that bad :) It depends on numorous factors. So it's not always the same.

As soon as you have more than eight waggons, they just cluster around the oil head taking part fills to the factory, while oil just sits there in the silo untouched!

Distance seems to be a huge factor when it comes to decision....place your silos RIGHT next to the rigs next time, or even on the outsides (near the incs rather than center). The other idea is to make sure all of your rigs are pumping something, even interconnect them if you need to in order to trickle some oil in them....this will force your wagons to spread out more on the map. Although the AI still needs tweaking, learning how the AI works is part of any game, look at Clash of Clans for example.....you can't expect perfection nor the game to play itself, so you have to work around what you are given, that's part of getting good.

Here's an example of interconnection that I do in order to keep the wagons moving:
