Is this game like Oil Empire (Oil Imperium) ? is Search for a new Game like This.

Hi,
There are multiple different Oil Empire games. Which one do you mean?
Turmoil is a single player game. You upgrade your abilities and try to earn more money every year/level. It starts of slow, but can get hectic pretty quickly.
Check out one of the numerous YouTube videos to get an idea. User Draegast has a fun series on Turmoil. But we've updated the game quite a bit since he played.
