Extracting file failed

I'm having some trouble with running this. Got it installed but when I run the exe I get the error "Extracting file failed. It is most likely caused by low memory (low disk space for swapping files) or corrupted Cabinet file".

so i cant play 'turmoil'

I've tried a few things based on the problems other folks have had:

-Closing other applications to free memory
-Deleting and reinstalling
-Running as an admin

Extracting the .exe ??
What OS are you on? It's only available on Windows right now. Install should be automatic with Steam.

WIN 7 64Bit ..
Current update state is an automatic.
I'll try to reinstall

Ok, please let us know what happens.
We just checked the history of this forum. One other person had this and solved it by running Steam in Admin mode:
i just installed it, i got it to work if i run steam as an admin. but the code says, "extracting file failed, it is most likely caused by low memory (low disk space for swapping file) or corrupted cabinet file."

i tried to reinstall twice

first time , same error was occurred
so i tried to reintall again..

second time, turmoil worked without any problem...
it is just as well that play turmoil but i don't know the cause....
