Any way to get wagons to act smarter?

I'll often have fully upgraded 40 wagons and one lone rig near spilling, and wagons either choose to go to a silo first, or just stand next to the rig, waiting for another wagon to come before they start emptying the rig, often leading to spilling. Is there some kind of order in which the wagons want to go or why won't they react to the spilling before it's too late?

Also I'll often have emptied the whole map, opened all the pipes so there wouldn't be any oil stuck in them, wagons just sitting at the rig for a month, and when credits roll, it doesn't give me the "all oil sold". (hadn't spilled any either)

I love the game though, the single games give me endless joy!

A way to fix the wagons standing around when your about to spill and have empty ones is to quickly stop all your carts from selling. Its just the certain way the AI is coded but I've found that doing this helps this issue
