We're still in the dark about some rare crashes on Windows 10. It could also be graphics card or graphics card-driver related. We'll continue to work on pinpointing the exact problem and finding solutions for them. Could you please share with us your system specs? Like what kind of graphics card etc.? Thank you!

Orignal Post:
1 ) Go to your Steam Stonehearth Folder (C:\SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\Stonehearth)
2 ) Right click on Stonehearth and select "Properties" from the drop down menu.
3 ) Click on the "Compatibility" tab
4 ) Click the box for "Run this game in compatibility mode for:
5 ) Choose "Windows 8" from the drop down.
If the game does not work in Windows 8 mode, repeat steps 1 - 3 and select "Windows 7" from the drop down.
