Do you have a Mac? It doesn't work on a Mac. If you don't have Mac, please let us know what OS you have.

Ok. Perhaps you can get it to run with the workarounds mentioned in this topic: http://steamcommunity.com/app/361280/discussions/0/357287935545582452/

We're still in the dark about some rare crashes on Windows 10. It could also be graphics card or graphics card-driver related. We'll continue to work on pinpointing the exact problem and finding solutions for them. Could you please share with us your system specs? Like what kind of graphics card etc.? Thank you!

(4GHz AMD FX Quad Core Processor, Nvidia Geforce GTX 750 Ti Graphics Card, 1TB Hard Drive, 16GB RAM

I think that's all

Ok thanks. Perhaps updating your graphics card's driver might work. And perhaps you use multiple screens? Maybe you can switch to one screen, see if it works then?

We've seen other cases of Windows 10 and compatibility issues. Not sure if that's the case with you, but when we Googles this link came up: https://steamcommunity.com/app/253250/discussions/0/535152511350119421/

It's for another game, Stoneheart,, but essentially this MIGHT work for you.

Orignal Post:
1 ) Go to your Steam Stonehearth Folder (C:\SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\Stonehearth)
2 ) Right click on Stonehearth and select "Properties" from the drop down menu.
3 ) Click on the "Compatibility" tab
4 ) Click the box for "Run this game in compatibility mode for:
5 ) Choose "Windows 8" from the drop down.

If the game does not work in Windows 8 mode, repeat steps 1 - 3 and select "Windows 7" from the drop down.
