Report a translation problem
Apart from this: it appears that more players find the pause menu not logically designed, so we'll take a look at it!
it happens mainly when in a "Oh ♥♥♥♥" moment
It's a little unnerving to test this :). I think it's tied with mouse interactions in paralel... My early report is more what I though happened
Try pausing while you have the mouse pressed and releasing the mouse... Or unpausing and clicking the screen before the pause goes away
You could try when playing a single game by the way. That won't mess with your campaign.
All the buttons have a clickable area MUCH larger than the actual buttons. So if you click on the wood you are going to use a button.

At the very least you should actualy have a confirm quit dialog there... a number of times the pause screen has appeared out of the blue as well with my big fingers hitting the C (for scan scan) on the kb... Big finger hitting the space as well
