Wagons stopping at oil rigs forever

Sometimes wagons get stuck at a oil rig and never go off to sell the oil. They just stand there and do nothing. This is the fourth time I had to restart.
I have a dell optiplex 780 running Windows 10.

That sounds really weird! So they do get oil before this happens? And (sorry if this insults your skills) but you do have them set on selling (arrows above Left/Right)?

Don't know if this was ever fixed, but I have the latest version of the game and still have this problem. To answer the developer questions, yes I have the wagon set on selling. I know this because it happens at times when I have all my wagons set to sell on one side or the other, but one is still stuck at a rig and not moving. They do sell at first, but eventually at some point as I'm switching them around during the game as prices change, I notice one will randomly stop. And for the rest of that round it won't move anymore. I can switch my wagons back and forth, but that wagon never moves again.

Maybe there's simply not enough to do for all wagons to be moving or something?

@masterdebater777, is it perhaps possible that there's not enough to do for all the wagons (like fred says)? The way the wagons behave is that they will not all try to transport a bit of oil at the same time. If there's a job that that can be done by half of the wagons, the other half will remain stand-by spread out over the level (usually near rigs).

I guess it's possible, but the times I've seen this happen it's just the one wagon not doing anything. All the other wagons are moving around. And this it at times when I have multiple rigs pumping oil at the same time, and I have 10-15 wagons all selling at the time. So in theory, there should be plenty for all the wagons to be doing.

If it happens again try to quickly re-assign wagons. So if there are 4 wagons on Left, set it to 0 and then back to 4 again. You can press and hold the arrows to quickly set multiple wagons or use the scroll wheel.
