STUCK IN THE WORST POSSIBLE WAY (Astral Thread)

Hi all. I just got stuck in the worst way possible. I was doing the Astral Thread mission. Admittedly, I was already pretty low on supplies when I came in. Fought off the clones initially before entering without any problems. Struggled while inside, still low on supplies. Struggled through Zeus. Didnt expect the clones to arrive again to meet me outside (Dark Mike, Dark Francis, Dark Grunty). Died. I do not have enough supplies to create any form of healing item (none at all. No health pack or potion or food whatever). I only have void, which I replenish from the Astral Thread room everytime after I die. This group of enemies outside my door is too strong for me to fight in my current state and I cannot escape. Oh also, I do know I could use Cleric and Chef to provide mana-based heals. Trust me I've tried at least 4 or 5 times now. They are too weak to stay in the fight. They get hit 3 times and they're just about dead. Help

I had the same issue and realized I was running out of void until it was critically late.

I was first thinking of grinding inside that building but then I tried retreating from them. It worked and I still have the artifact. So I assume they'll be coming again in the future.
