New players, new hackers

[Electronic_Arts_#1_Devolper]

So I started playing this game around December and only about 10 people were online at a time. It was hard to find hackers when there were none. The Game is now more popular and I just found my first confirmed hacker( i can suspect others but with no concrete evidence). Heres a list of what the player was doing.

HACKS:
name changer (changes name every second when in game)
wall shooter (just shoots at the wall in spawn and earns kills)
candle lighter (same as before but with candles)

Because of the name hack we were not able to kick or report the player but this is a issue that I would like fixed since there are now hacker(s).

Yes, it's kind of hard to play this when the only server with players and decent has a hacker rampaging in it.

Yeah, I mean look at this guy. 143 kills and 0 deaths. There is no way to report him and I could not even find his profile in Steam's players in current game window. His name changes every second to the name of another player in the game but even though I checked each player's profile, none had a changing name or anything suspicious under previous aliases so I think he isn't actually changing his Steam name.

Intresting, looks like you were on a different server than me, or any of the players in the hackers server, looks like we have more than one. I dont see how its entertaining to shoot at a wall the whole match, unless their going for a reaction. The name change hack is clever but is really bad for the community. TBH I should've made a screenshot pr video.

Thanks for the word, I shouldve turned on the screen recorder but I wasnt thinker. This guy had some good hacks and I have no clue how they could be treated but goodluck and it was nice for you to keep up with the community.

I want to share some furthur information, I recently played against a hacker, before I was on the same team. The hackers model and hitbox stays at spawn, the player themselve walks around invisible and shoots. I noticed while on the train map I was at the first car and started seeing bullet marks on the wall next to me with no enemy in sight, then dieng. The next part is IMPORTANT

TO KICK A HACKER YOU NEED TO WAIT UNTIL THE LOBBY IS OPENED LOOK ON THE HACKERS TEAM, THEN KICK A DUPLICATE NAME THAT ALSO SHOWED UP ON THE OTHER TEAM.

Finding the steam profile however is difficult, sorry I dont have anything on that

Just so you as the developer know, I liked the game alot but I refunded it because the three games I tried were filled with hackers and I gave up after about 25 min due to dying as soon as I spawn. Hope you find a good anti cheat soon cos it was a poor experience.

Sorry to hear that @Unterzee Citizen, we are working on some anti-cheat methods to prevent these jerks from ruining people's game

Even huge AAA devs can't stop hacking. Best anti-cheat is a community run server with active admins. There are admin tools like kick and ban, right? Or just release it on console. I wouldn't mind buying the game twice.

well i cant tell for sure if i ever saw cheaters but what i have seen is people jumping towards me getting shot from every angle and still they dont die and manage to kill me and two other guys before someone else puts him down.
Then others who move so fast making aiming something useless, like if they had 10000 apm (actions per minute) hitting A and D like crazy to dodge, i tried and lol there's no way i could move that fast with a and d keys anyway...

maybe its just the lag idk
