Imposible to install

- Every time I try to install the game, it starts and in 1 second is installed, and my net conection is not so fast :(

When I try to play the "instaled game" a steam error window appears "missing executable" and a link: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=8676-EFLX-7453&l=spanish&steamid=76561198046480414&errortype=EAppUpdateError&errorvalue=28

This has hardly anything to do with system specs and yes, I have the same problem.
Installation creates an empty folder under \Steam\SteamApps\common\Nightfall Escape, so it more looks like a problem with distribution configuration.

I've already checked our side that our game have completed file when downloaded.

(not 100% sure about this, but this was the method we did when checking our build successfully downloaded)

Uninstall the their current nightfall escape game and then Install the new nightfall escape.

if all fails. Please double check your Distribution Configuration.

I´ve try again and the problem persist. What do you mean with: "check your Distribution Configuration"?

Uninstalled it, installed it again - finished within seconds, only an empty Nightfall Escape folder.
Right-clicked on game > properties > local files > verify integrity of game cache - again, finished in seconds.
