Between the 5 main worlds and hub world, there are 145 of the "Pagies" to get, but you need 100 to open the final boss and beat the game.
The whole corporation thing is funnier when you know what Happened between Bk's devs and Microsoft
you are not alone, big fan of the games you mentioned (haven't played Mario Odyssey properly yet.. there is something wrong with this game.
at first I thought it was because I am much older and just "didn't like" these kind of games anymore but I loved A Hat in Time AND Super Lucky's Tale, finished both in multiple hours sittings but I couldn't bring myself to finish this game even if I backed it on kickstarter
I think it's just the way the world is made, you don't really get a sense of where to go and especially what is left to do. That flying skill is absolutely ridiculous and ruins the game.. I had quit the game for a few months and when i came back to it I had to use a guide online to know what was left to do in a world (couldn't find it in level).
maybe I am wrong but my friend told me he rage quit this game for this exact reason as he was lost and couldn't bother to figure it out.
