How about posting your full specs instead of just tiny snippets? That's like calling a car repair shop and telling them 'my car has wheels' when asked what car you have.

4GB and a 2.2G proc is already a lot of information. They're probably using a cheap laptop or prefab with an integrated card.

Sadly, I seriously doubt your cheap PC will be able to run this game. You probably have a quad core, so unless it's a laptop, you may be able to find a graphics card that can run it decently.

We won't have a real answer until the game comes out, though.

Sorry, I got an answer though. I cannot play the game. But yeah, turns out that the RAM and graphics are the only problem, apart from that, it would have been fine. It is a laptop I'm afraid.
