Gamepad Input Device?!

Hey,

my Xbox One and my PS2 Controller/Gamepad does not work. I don't want to play it on keyboard....

Where can I define which input device to select? There is no option in the options :D

hilariously primitive. i played croc in the late 90s and was able to completely remap every input to whatever i had plugged into my computer. that game is 20 ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ years old. playtonic, do better.

Same here with XBox 360 Wireless Gamepad on Ubuntu Linux.
The gamepad did work in the "Yooka-Laylee Toybox".

Update: Works fine with my Steam Controller.

I've played Yooka on PC with both an Xbox 360 and Xbox One wired controllers. Without sounding cheeky are your controller drivers up to date?

I don't want to use an Xbox controller. I specifically have a USB adapter for my N64 controller right here, ready to go. Are you seriously telling me there's no way for me to use that? Not having a menu where you can rebind inputs is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ pathetic and completely below expected standards for a PC game.

lol yeah they're going to include support for something that 0.000000000000001% of the game userbase may be using. Damn some of you guys are self entitled.

Does the game really only accept Xbox 360 controllers? That's really odd and also disappointing. I brought only my Switch Pro Controller with me to where I am right now, and that means I can't play the game with a controller?

Chill guys. There may be a simple problem or a bug. I just contacted the team 17 support with my specs and logs.

I found a log.
steamapps\common\YookaLaylee\YookaLaylee64_Data\output_log.txt

Rewired: Found Xinput1_3.dll

So it seems he loaded the driver, but it doesn't worked :/
