Oh, I thought you were just talking about any ordinary black bloke.
But the fact that more rich blacks go to jail than poor whites goes to show that rich blacks commit more crime, as they could easily just get a lawyer.

In fact, drugs are probably the biggest source of all this mess, considering black and white people use drugs at around the same rate, but blacks are more likely to be arrested for it.

Eh, to the hell with it, that's an explination I'm willing to (partially) accept. I think there's more to it than that, but I'm willing to accept that might be part of the problem.
Again : https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/wonk/wp/2016/03/23/poor-white-kids-are-less-likely-to-go-to-prison-than-rich-black-kids/?utm_term=.5076ef49d705
Not a single line from the article say it because racist that rich black man end up in prison more than poor white, that pure conjecture.
also the article say "end up in prison" not "arrest".
Pretty sure it take evidence to convict someone of a crime, they don't end up in prison by magic.
Second paragraph in that source.
"In some ways, though, discrimination against people of color is more complicated and fundamental than economic inequality. A stark new finding epitomizes that reality: In recent decades, rich black kids have been more likely to go to prison than poor white kids."
Also, this.

It say the Source is SAMHSA ,tho all the source link of the articles are dead (404 error)
the closuse thing I could find from those data is this https://www.ok.gov/odmhsas/documents/SPE%2046%20Illicit%20Drug%20Use.pdf
Put it only show the monthy usage of illicit drug by race not the life time usage...
and black consume more on a monthly basic (ajust by population proportion I think)...
Looking at that, it says that they may consume more monthly, but percentage wise the difference between the amount of whites and the amount of blacks who consume drugs overall is, well, neglibable.
I agreed, and I can't explain why they get more arrest for it, I have my theory about it but I don't want to go into conjecture
