At any rate, you're looking at all crime. Compare the rates of violent crime (murder, rape, etc).

Look, I'm not the one that posted that article, you are. Ironically, this is the second time I've seen this article when talking about this mess because it seems to be the closest source people can find to backing up JonTron's claim. If you didn't want me bringing up racism, you shouldn't have posted an article that said black people get arrested more because of racism.
