He made up sources that black people are more violent than white people and fretted about the white gene pool being diluted by non-whites and people are shocked that this is being considered racist.

The left have apparently demonized the word racist enough that its more offensive to be called a racist than it is be racist. Even if it totally applies.

JonTron is a racist, because he holds and expresses racist views. Vehemently defending racist views as not racism is intrinsically racism. Spades are also spades.
