How the crap do you beat Nimble!?
Every time I try, I use all the shortcuts, but I just can't roll long enough, and your power bar never refills when eating butterflies, like the tooltip ssay it will.

Either obtain power extender or keep practicing.

Oh and you can can unlock a Tonic that reduces power drain too.

You don't eat butterflies, you silly billy, you need to just touch them - roll into them and you'll get your power back.

I didn't realize that. xD I ate them elsewhere, and they never helped. Jeebus, that was easy after I figured it out.

Get ready for the Ice Race next that one is a lot harder but I think jumping is a cheap way to beat it otherwise expect to lose control and go all over the place.

The butterflies have a different effect based on how they're collected. Eat them to restore health, touch them to restore energy. I'm not really a fan of this.

Yeah it's one of those things that you likely won't win the first time you try it, if you try it as soon as you meet Nimble.

It's extremely easy wit just a few stamina upgrades, and the reduction to rolling's stamina drain pretty much guarantees you'll win, if you can at least keep going down the track.

Not sure which one you're mentioning, but the second Nimble race was waaay harder, I got it right after dozens of attempts... and THEN I unlocked the power drain tonic :-|

I beat both Nimble races in 2 tries each. I did it once when I first found Nimble and realised it was a futile effort without upgrades.

Came back with 2 upgrades and the reduced roll cost, did the ice race twice, finished the normal race on my first (second total) attempt at that moment.

Jumping is your best friend for controlling your direction, especially on Ice. You can almost make direct 90 degree turns with a small jump.

Hitting the butterflies to regain stamina is required to win, but the more stamina you have, and with the reduced stamina cost for rolling, you can reduce the amount of times you need to collect a butterfly by quite a bit. I think I only required hitting 1 butterfly, maybe two total, and there's what... 6-8 spots with them in the race?
