gold capital B statue whistling sound - shipwreck creek/hivory tower entrance
i have the hunter tonic equiped and can hear whistling around the gold capital B statue but cant figure out where or what the whistling sound is coming from.

does anyone know what item is making the whistle and how to get it cos i cant find it
