PS4 controller compatibility?

My PS4 controller doesn't work for this game. Is this a glitch/hardware problem or is the Dualshock 4 not compatible with this game?

You could also use DS4Windows, just need bluetooth or wired connection. The main website is down but here is the github website https://github.com/Ryochan7/DS4Windows/releases
