Do Token upgrades get kept after portal reset

So I've been slowly progressing since unlocking coding and plan to use the portal for the first time. Does the reset also wipe the token upgrades? Because it only mentioned about research but not the token upgrades. I feel like I committed so much just to get tokens and the achievements that reward tokens are already done, unless portal wipes the achievements too?

Portal doesnt wipe achievements or tokens/token upgrades.

Requests, achievements and token upgrades are permanent and do not reset on entering the portal.
