Would be nice to release soundtrack on Steam as well. Digital Deluxe edition doesn't contain it as far as I'm concerned, neither does GOG release. And btw store page doesn't say about DD content anything, would be nice to update it.

Yes, we made sure to include both mp3's and the wav's for the audiophiles that want to hear the quality in the tracks. Jack Wall's soundtrack for Into the Stars is also mastered by one of the best in the industry, so it's a real treat to listen to on a good system!

Any update on this soundtrack? Loving the game, but like to have the music as well. Backerkit still doesnt show it, and its not available on Steam yet either.

You misunderstand me,. I am a Kickstarter backer who pledged for the soundtrack. I should not have to buy it again being I already paid. There has been no update on the Kickstarter pages, so I am trying here as well. Being the devs have spoken in this thread already about this very topic, it seemed a logial place to ask.

Here's the email they sent out to backers on the 6th:

"Just wanted to give a quick update regarding digital rewards as they're in the process of fulfillment. The Wallpapers and Art Book have already gone out and we're working with BackerKit to distribute the Soundtrack (Sadly we can't use the system to do this ourselves as there's a 50MB file cap). If BackerKit for some reason cannot support our request, we'll hand deliver a link to you all early next week."
