the boomerang is majorly op in this game so i think if they didnt make it break the game would be far to easy, on the upside bone is very easy to come across so just pick up as much bone as you can and make a few boomerangs *3 they are capable of taking down most zeds in a few hits and seem more reliable than most other weaps.

Bone boomerangs break quite easily indeed. Golden boomerangs don't seem to break though.

golden weapon never breaks (at least in original games)
havent get one yet though (dual triple boomerang ROCK)

ps. how NOT to break?
just let yourself DEAD and reload, now it wont break :p (reset)
i know this because i was dead when swarmed by mobs and my axe breaking before dead
when reloading, hey it's not breaking anymore

devs in this HTS 3rd person its kinda getting harder. why do we need flint for campfires? why this n that n stuff. does armor break? where is the condition bars? we need a condition bar people.

yeah true, there's more thing to be updated though
3rd person is way harder than original, but also alot more immersive (always have a feeling if i screwed up i will be dead)
