Lady Katrina Level Cap?
So my lady Katrina is level 25 and to reach the next level, she needs 200+ Million exp????? Is this a bug or intentionally done??

Neither. It's a default number that just occurs in order to avoid the xp counter triggering a level-up script when one can't occur. Don't worry about it, if the level caps are increased later, it'll be changed.
