It was only briefly available as standalone, I believe it was all a mistake.

Maybe, on the Kill-A-Ton collection page it says Balls of Steal is N/A to purchase by itself but if you go to its store page, it tells a different story

Still hoping they'll make them all purchasable separately. Or put it on a really high discount come the summer sale.

That's odd. Initially when this collection was released, both Duke 3D and Balls of Steel were sold separately for 5.99, but only for a few hours.
